After an initial fitness assessment, Jennifer will design a program to suit your fitness goals and schedule, incorporating upper and lower body strength training, cardiovascular fitness and flexibility. In addition, Jennifer will educate you on smart nutrition, and remove the myths, to maximize the greatest changes in your body.
Jennifer goes way beyond the role of trainer and workout partner. She will empower you, educate you and coach you to ensure results. Please download and fill out the health/exercise history form (PDF file) and we will get started.
